I had a problem with my order I just received. I was upset because this is a personalized item for my son’s birthday. Apparently there was an error. Within a couple of hours I received response from them.. They were so apologetic. I had told them I needed my product by September 5th. They were so accommodating so I can get my gift. They immediately had redone it and sent it out on 3 day delivery so I would get on on time . They are a wonderful company. Thank you again !!
