In the "before time" we used to travel to live events and customize bottles for our customers on site, where we could walk them through the process while they watched. We sure do miss you all!

We've been working for the last few years on creating a website that will take you through the steps of designing your decanter from the comfort of your own home, but as we all know technology can sometimes be challenging. Here are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind when you are navigating RecEtch.com

Don't forget to scroll up on a mobile device to see a preview of your design.
Once you've selected the occasion or collection you want, type your custom message in the boxes provided.

Personalization not quite fitting on the bottle in the preview? Never fear, our designer and co-founder, Timothy, will personally adjust any spacing or sizing issues to make it look perfect.

Each and every decanter is designed to order, by human hands with years of experience making them look amazing on the home bar.

Is there anything special we should know about your order?
After you add your custom decanter to cart, you will have the opportunity to add anything else you think we should know in the order note.

Do you need it by a certain date? Maybe you want to make a change our website isn't letting you? Want to change some of the template wording, or bottle shape? Just let us know right here in the order note.

If we have any question we will reach out with in 24 hours of receiving your order to make sure we understand your vision.
